I'm afraid so. NO Formula One videoclips will be posted directly on this forum.
I was contacted by NetResult, agents for Formula One Management and they have requested that all material is removed.
Here are the emails I received:
NetResult 7th July 2005:
Quote:We have noticed that while your site has remained clean of Formula One videos since we contacted you last in November there are many available to download through the forums.
Formula One Management have asked me to remind you that they have exclusive rights to these clips which may not be made available online by anyone. If you could remove these infringing clips as soon as possible we will not need to take any further action on this matter.

I’d remind you that no matter who posts such clips in the forums you are ultimately responsible for that which is posted on your website. Please let us know when these clips are offline.

I will be removing all currently online Formula One content shortly. I will continue to post footage from WRC, MotoGP, Nascar, WSBK etc.
Members, you must also NOT post any Formula One material directly on this forum.
I will keep you informed should the situation change.
